Appliance Recall Safety Check

Would you like to know if any of your appliances are involved with a safety recall? We will register your major appliances so you will be notified and kept up to date.

Consultation Support Service

We understand owning a home can be overwhelming. We are here to assist. Use us as a resource as long as you own your home for any questions you have regarding your home, maintenance, and general home advice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services and we can’t make you happy, prior to closing we will reimburse you the cost of the inspection or redo your inspection. We feel that strongly about our service and the happiness of our clients.

This service group focuses on the health and well being of the home by testing the indoor air quality for irritants such as allergens and molds.

Indoor Air Quality, Mold, Allergen Testing

Air samples for mold and allergens will be submitted to a certified 3rd party lab and presented in a concise report. This will allow you to provide a healthy home for you and your family.

Pre-Closing Walk Through Inspection

We will join you on your final pre-closing walk through to verify the requested inspection repairs were finalized and home conditions have not changed. This additional professional inspection will provide another layer of confidence and security in your home.

Floor Plans, Room Measurements, and Virtual Tour

Does your contractor or painter need room measurements? Will your existing furniture fit in your new house? Keep your tape measure home and we will do the rest.
